What counts as a minute?

Only time the assistant spends on a call. Calls you answer yourself are never counted. Each call rounds up to the next whole minute.

What happens if I use up my minutes?

Calls keep being answered at ₹15 a minute, GST included. We warn you before you reach your limit, and you can upgrade any time.

Do unused minutes carry over?

Yes. Plan minutes you don’t use carry over to the next month, up to one month’s worth, and are used first. Top-up credits never expire.

Can I cancel?

Yes, there’s no lock-in. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll stop your plan renewing. You keep it until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, every month. Download them from Billing in the app.
